Do you give cleaning quotes over the phone?

No. We will schedule a visit to your home for a free, no hassle estimate. The process is a simple walk-through off your home that takes about 10 minutes, after which you will be given a no obligation cleaning quote. You can then schedule your first cleaning if you like, or call us later or visit the website. Check our Service page to see our cleaning services, then visit the Request Service page.

We do offer uniform cleaning rates to certain communities, however. Usually we send a postcard or flyer to these special clients first.

Can I schedule a one-time cleaning?

Yes, but we prefer customers who need their homes cleaned regularly.  We offer Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Weekly, and One-time cleanings.

Do I have to sign a service contract?

No, but please let us know in advance if you wish to discontinue or change service

Can you use my cleaning products? 

Yes, we will use a client's cleaning products if they request it. Just leave the product out for us, otherwise we bring everything we need.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, we supply all of our own equipment and cleaning supplies. If you have some special equipment  that you would like us to use let us know, we are flexible!

How do we pay you?

By check or PAYPAL.  For PAYPAL please wait for us to send you an invoice! When paying by check please leave it on the kitchen table or countertop. We will look for it when we arrive. Make checks payable to VILLAGE MAIDS LLC.

Do I need to be home when you arrive?

No, but let us know in advance how to access your residence. Use the request service page to submit detailed instructions and key locations, etc.
